I got a deck to study Japanese language that has several different types of cards: Japanese (phonetic)->English, English->Japanese, phonetic->Kanji, Kanji->phonetic, etc.
I would like to split this deck into 3 decks: Japanese->English, Kanji->phonetic, English->Japanese.
How can I do this?
Filtered decks allow up to 100 cards, reposition does not allow to process card types independently.
I think this is rather common problem but unfortunately I was not able to find the answer.
Thank you for your help,

Filtered decks allow up to 100 cards

The field actually allows for 99999.

    Search with queries like "card:japanese-english".

I assume you have ONE Note_Type with a few Card Types, like card1 card2 card3....

    The process:
    1.. Make 3 Decks
2.. In Browser, search for one card_type at a time: card:2
    3.. Select all cards2
4.. Change deck button on top of screen. The cards2 will be moved not copied.
5.. At the end, only cards1 will remain in orig deck.

    • It is very helpful to make an Option Group for each deck - tailored to the deck difficulty.

    • Tags will apply to EVERY card; as the Mark option and Delete !

Let me know if you need more details.
