Hey everyone,

do you have any suggestions how to solve this problem:

I have a large stack of pre-made cards, some of which I really want to study, some not (yet) - but that I don't want to delete. I created a study session and suspended all the cards that aren't important to me right now. This works great, but only once, because the still unlearnt suspended cards are sorted back in the "new" or "study" mode and are presented to me the next time I use Anki.

I have no idea how to work around this efficiently, without marking or tagging cards manually before study or placing them in a separate deck.

Any help is much appreciated!
Claudia

Add-on Add tag and MOVE has 4 options.
One of them will MOVE the card to anther deck -- while reviewing it -- without tagging it.

To make it work, you have to change the Default shortcut ( it interferes with Rating buttons shortcuts 1 2 3 4.
Do you know how to do it ?

    Hey Vit,

thank you so much for this suggestion! I found out how to change the hot keys/shortcut and I tried it and it does exactly what I need!
Is there by chance a way to also make this work on iOS?

    Guten tag Claudia.
    I am glad it worked.

I do not own anything which starts on i :-)
have no idea how 'they' work.

    What comes to mind:
when u study on iOS can you Mark + Bury a card u dont want to learn ?
Mark will mark all cards of the NOTE but there is a workaround.
Bury will take the card out of study process.
And when u come back to PC u can move those Marked cards to an x-deck.

    Hello Vit,
Yes, that works, but it's less convenient :)
I think I’ll stick to the desktop version in this case.
