Change the functionality of leech cards

Currently, cards are marked as leech and suspended after failing the card 8 times, and then every 4 times the card is failed (configurable). This is not the desired behavior.

The problem is that this algorithm doesn't know if you reach 8 failures because you are constantly failing the card (and thus you need to spend more time looking for a more elaborate approach to learning it), or if it's just because the deck is old and you have failed the card a few times in the past.

My suggestion is to reset the (hidden) counter of failures of a card to 0 whenever it becomes marked as learned (you can remember it well after 20 days), at least, for leech marking purposes.

Plus, cards in deck should lose the leech tag when they get publicly shared.

Yours truly,
Carlos

I've seen that this maybe is not the place for functionality suggestions, so I copy-pasted it on the relevant anki forum. I apologize if that's not what I should have done.
