Review time is that same for hard, good and easy

I wonder why review times is that same for hard, good and easy. for example in this image and most of my cards.
I want my review times to be much useful. is this some sort of inherent algorithm it has inside or some sort of a bug?
how it can be fixed?

   Please start Anki while holding down the shift key to disable all add-ons. If you reproduce the problem, please avoid reviewing the card, and point me to it.

   By telling me what to search for - but having another look at it, I can guess at the problem - you have probably changed the maximum interval setting in the deck options.

   Vit: while I do not recommend it, some users prefer to be able to prevent Anki scheduling cards longer than a certain number of days.

   Okay I exported the deck and I can't upload it here:
   Try zipping the problem files - our security system automatically blocks certain types of attachments and files. Unfortunately security is always a tradeoff with convenience.
