I see earlier this month find and replace was moved into the backend: move find&replace to backend

The documentation page: https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/browsing?id=find-and-replace is telling me to use/look into Python re module for regular expressions, but if the code is on rust now, the documentation should be updated to use ${1} instead of \1: Cannot get Regex::replace() to replace a numbered capture group

Thank you for the reminder, I will update the manual closer to 2.1.28's release.
