Desktop error message after adding notes on AnkiWeb

This has been happening for a couple of weeks.
I work remotely using Anki Web. Typically I add five to ten new cards.
I come home and start up Anki desktop for Windows and run "Check Database".
Upon closing the app I get the message "x cards found with V2 scheduler bug."
Then I have to upload the full database to the Anki servers.

What is this problem, and is it being addressed?

Do you have any add-ons installed?

    Yes, I have 4.

    Postpone cards review
    Remove cards history
Export cardnotes from browser with metadata to CSV or XLS
Fastbar another toolbar for Anki 2.1 (beta)

Please disable them temporarily in the add-ons screen, restart Anki, confirm the DB check reports nothing, and then add some cards to AnkiWeb. If you then sync again, does the DB check report any errors?

That seems to fix the problem.

I strongly suspect that the "postpone" add-on is the cause, as I started
using it recently and that's when the problem appeared. I like this add-on
because it's a way to control my workload when I have to miss a day or two
of Anki review. But I don't want to jeopardize the integrity of my deck.

Should I report the problem to the creator of the add-on?
Should I be concerned about the integrity of the database if I continue
    using this add-on?

    Thank you,
    Richard

If enabling the add-on allows you to reproduce the problem again, please do report the issue to the add-on author.
