Now, there is only 4 links on top:
1. (AnkiWeb) The home page, which is the same as the second link (https://ankiweb.net/decks/)
2. (Decks) https://ankiweb.net/decks/ (my private decks uploaded to the web side)
3. (Add) https://ankiuser.net/edit/
4. (Search) https://ankiweb.net/search/

But no links for the shared decks under https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks/

So far, I am only able to find the page by searching on Google for anki shared decks

Also, when I am not logged in to my Ankiweb account, it should show a button for the Shared Decks:

Hi, the option for https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks/ is at the bottom of your collection.

Thanks! I cannot believe I missed it.

But stays the tip to also put it at the top named as Shared Decks for others lost like myself.

Then, it would also be visible for those without an ankiweb account. Because I just created an account to see if I could find the Shared Decks link, and in the end, I did not find it. I only found it after searching for it on Google.

I don't think it is important to link them from AnkiWeb, since you can't add them to AnkiWeb directly anyway. There is a 'get shared' button at the bottom of the deck list in the computer version, and that is intended to be the primary way people access the deck list.
