Ankiweb (and now desktop) has started showing cards prematurely
Apologies if this is not the appropriate place, but I have recently encountered a problem with Ankiweb. I have several decks, but the two I use the most are a (very old) Japanese deck and a (relatively new) French deck. Recently I was running through my French deck when I realised that it was testing me on cards that I had just tested, and that were not due again for another few days. Now the problem appears to have spread to my Japanese deck, and having initially only occurred while using Ankiweb, it now appears to have spread to my desktop too. I have tried repairing the database from my desktop a few times, but the problem keeps occurring. Is this a known bug? I was going to try repairing the database one more time and then trying to force it to reupload it to Ankiweb, but I can't find a way to do that... Is there any other solution?

Please locate a card you think appeared before it should using Browse in the computer version, click on it, click on Info, and paste the text or a screenshot here.

Thanks so much for your reply.
I seem to be having difficulty replying online so I am replying without attachments to see if that helps (I tried to send images via email).
For example, a couple of cards came up today on my journey home while I was using Ankiweb to review. In each case the card came up, I marked it as easy, and then it came up a couple of cards later with the intervals set as if it had not appeared the first time. According to the info box,
Here is the text from one of them (I can share the other one too if it helps):

AnkiWeb saves card answers in bursts of 5. If you clicked on edit or
refreshed the page prior to pressing the save button, it's possible that
your answer for the card got lost.

Thanks for that suggestion, but I am fairly sure that isn't the problem. I thought it might have been at first so at the time those two cards came up I was being very careful to monitor when I saved . In addition, the same problem (a card appearing again a few reviews after it had previously appeared, with intervals unchanged) occurred on my desktop while I was reviewing my French deck this evening.

What does the card info for a card that was only reviewed with the computer version look like?

Unfortunately I can't remember which card it was now. If it happens again I will take a screenshot and post here. Thanks again for your help.

Next time it happens, please also locate and attach the collection.log file
in your Documents/Anki/User 1 folder, so I can cross reference it with the
screenshot.
