I recently had to replace my iPhone since it was lost and not returned. So upon downloading the anki app again on the new iPhone, I'm not able to log into it; the app doesn't accept my password, yet I can log into anki using a webbrowser (Safari) on the MacBook Air. This problem persists after resetting the password.
Would anybody happen to know how to get around this roadblock?

That's strange - if you change your password to something else in the Account tab of ankiweb.net, does that resolve the issue?

I just now tried resetting the password again. That did the trick, and so now it’s downloading to the iPhone.
