My Anki has been crashing lately while I'm reviewing my decks, especially when I hit the keyboard shortcut to Bury the card or Edit During Review. I'm pasted the debug info below and would be thankful if someone knowledgeable can help me. I have tried to hold the shift key and starting Anki but the problem persists.

Thanks!

    Hi Jsolomon,

Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, and if the issue occurs again, please paste the message here - the message you posted above includes add-ons, so it's not clear where the issue lies.

I tried restarting Anki while holding down the Shift key but the problem persists. I've attached the error message below. I'm not what's causing the error when I press the Bury card key or any other key while reviewing. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.

    Error
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you've discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.

I'm afraid that error message indicates you still have add-ons running. Please make sure you hold down the left shift key from the point Anki is closed until it has fully appeared - you should receive a message saying add-ons are disabled. If you have trouble with that, you can also disable your add-ons using the add-ons screen in the Tools menu.

I'm not sure why, but you still have add-ons running. I think we should give up on the shift method - please go into the add-ons screen of Anki and disable all add-ons, then restart Anki instead.
