Can't add card type to cloze note types

I want to start including cloze deletions into my deck for Japanese, but I think Anki won't let you add cloze to a basic and reversed note type, I think. I want two card types, one for Japanese to English, and the other for English to Japanese. I tried experimenting with cloze note types, but I noticed that the only option that comes up when you press options, is Browser Appearance (I don't know what that is!).

I attached my current set up, which I edited yesterday to add the hint feature, and example sentence field.

Is it possible to do what I want to do, and is there an easier way to achieve this?

Thank you!

Sorry, it is not possible to mix normal cards and cloze cards in the same note type.

So what should I do to try to do what I want to do?
Would it be possible to do it?
    Thank you

As you can't mix the two, you'll need to either formulate your note using only cloze deletions, or only standard field replacements.

Okay, thank you for the help, and for Anki itself!
