After reinstalling my windows system I keep getting this error(Anki64bit version). I have tried reinstalling Anki about 15 times. It didn't help. I also couldn't find proper python38.dll 64 bit file.

What exactly is the error message you are getting? Does your Windows have all updates installed?

I also installed Pyinstaller module through cmd and every Windows update I possibly could. Then reinstalled Anki one more time and I'm still getting this error.

I'm afraid I'm not sure what the problem is. You could try version 2.1.15 instead, as it uses an older library.

I tried version 2.1.15 and unfortunately, it didn't work and I started getting used to Ankiweb version and after certain windows update it suddenly started to work.

Glad to hear it's working now.
