One day, when syncing Anki to my gmail account, I got the following message.

동기화 실패:

(동기화 실패 means sync failed)

The same message pops out when I delete and reinstall Anki's latest version 2.1.17, or change profile....

delete the Anki account and makes the same new one and sync again....

or delete Anki folder in C:\Program Files with unlocker and reinstall 2.1.9....

So I don't get where's the problem.

Can you help me?
