can't sync from desktop

I'm not able to sync from desktop to anki web. I have no problems sycing from my phone to ankiweb. I've updated the app on my desktop. Please help.

    Could you describe the problem in more detail? Are you getting an error message? What exactly are you seeing?

    Thanks for getting back to me. This is the message I receive every time I try and sync from my computer.

    Coincidentally, I have no problem backing up from my phone.

    Yes, I have now done everything from that list „when problems occur“ and I still get an error message, it looks like this.

    Please help. I’m a huge Anki fan.

    I've renamed the long file you had stored in AnkiWeb, which should fix the syncing issue.

    I have tried multiple times but this error is coming again and again and all my progress is going in vain so please help me.
    i have tried all steps mentioned in the help center but nothing is working.
    also i have no firewall or antivirus or anything installed in my laptop.

    i was using 2.0.52 version because latest version is not working in my laptop

    Anki 2.0 support has ended

    You may be able to use 2.1.15 if the latest doesn't work on your machine.

    I have tried the latest versions of anki be it 2.1.5 or 2.1.2 and so on...
    But it is not showing my any of the decks on anki home screen but visible on browse page.
    I have more than 15 decks with over 50k cards.
    Please help me resolve the problem.

    @Rishabh, are you using any addons? Please see When problems occur

    1. Backup your collection (your Anki directory on your local computer), see Managing Files and Your Collection
    2. Delete all addons you may have installed (just move them to another director until you figure the problem)
    3. And download the latest version from https://apps.ankiweb.net/
