Many random images are now missing.

On Mac, I've checked the collection.media folder and all images seem to be there.

When I press the "check media" button I get a message reading, "Anki does not support files in subfolders of the collection.media folder" and a very long list of the images that seem to be missing.

Has anyone any useful ideas? Please...

I suggest reading Getting Started. You can edit your note type and delete the cards you do not want to by:

    1. Backup your collection
    2. Go to the menu Tools -> Manage note types
    3. Select the Note Type you want to edit
    4. Hit the Cards... button
    5. On the Card type pop up select the card you would like to delete
    6. On the Options dropdown menu select Remove card type

I’m having problems with Anki on my Mac. When I open it a box pops up informing me that version 2.1.33 is available. This quickly followed by a synching box which does not start, complete or go away. I have restarted the app several times and the Mac without success.

The problem occurred after I updated the Apple operating system

    Hi Damien,

I think I read the above somewhere before. I can’t now find any reference except that Anki account is deleted after 6 months inactivity. Is that the truth of it?

    Thanks for your time!
