Error and can't sync Anki's desktop?

Hi

I don't know what happened suddenly, Anki's desktop version, can't sync my decks and shows the below error when I click to sync:

"Please use the Check Database function, then sync again. If problems persist, please force full sync in the preference screen."

Tools > Check Database didn't fix it. Also, I hold down the Shift key to disable add-ons and then try the "Check Database" option, but nothing happened again. My version Anki's desktop is 2.1.30

    I updated Anki's desktop to 2.1.34 and now I can study and synced, but the error message appears again after I click the sync button when I finished a deck. The weird thing is I studied a few decks and synced, but when I open Android version of Anki, those studied decks, haven't synced yet.

    Please use Check Database from the Tools menu of the main Anki window. Then force a one-way sync as seen in the following video, uploading from your computer and downloading from any other devices you use.
