have you done what the dialog tells you to do?

alternative: close anki and go to this folder with your windows explorer and delete the folder 1214357311 from addons21.

1214357311 is the ankiweb number of the imageresizer add-on, see https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1214357311

To go to your anki profile folder see https://apps.ankiweb.net/docs/manual.html#file-locations

@srk: the appdata folder is hidden by default. That's why the anki manual to which I linked tells you how to view this folder:

On Windows, the latest Anki versions store your Anki files in your appdata folder. You can access it by opening the file manager, and typing %APPDATA%\Anki2 in the location field. Older versions of Anki stored your Anki files in a folder called Anki in your Documents folder.

    new manual location: https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/files?id=file-locations

If you wonder about this strange "Appdata" folder see e.g. https://www.howtogeek.com/318177/what-is-the-appdata-folder-in-wind...
