If you have a problem with the add-on editor: apply font color, background color, custom class, custom style post in this thread. This way I get notified. If you make a new thread I will likely miss it.

    Hi ijgnord,

is it possible to easily remove the styling, or do I have to modify the HTML?

    I tried

    1. Clicking the styling button a second time.

    2. Using the button "Remove formatting" (wich, I think, was implemented by an add-on. Mini Format pack maybe)

    Neither worked.

I'm not sure if this solution qualifies as easily but at least it's easier than modifying the html source: Use the add-on editor: apply font color, background color, custom class, custom style. Then you'll have a context menu entry "Full Clear".

    Does this solve your problem?

It would be great if the styling could be removed simply by clicking the styling button a second time. I'll add this to the todo list but who knows if I'll ever find the time for this ...

Thanks! "Full Clear" is totally sufficient

Does this add on work with with Anki v2.1.26? It looks like a much better robust alternative to https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/2491935955

EDIT: I re-started Anki and now the config box is no longer grayed out; thank you for sharing the updated version. I will try it out!

It should work in 2.1.26 and for me the config is not grayed out in 2.1.26 and I haven't heard a complaint. It shouldn't conflict with any other add-on. I have no idea.

I have a very much improved version that I haven't uploaded to ankiweb yet available here. It's not well tested so it needs some testing. Before you test it make sure to backup your old add-on version. Testing and feedback and bug reports would be very much appreciated.
