Unable to increase new card limit

Hi! My first time posting here, I apologize if I fail to observe any guidelines. I'm using the beta version of the Mac desktop program; when I try to increase the new card limit for a certain deck, I get an error. The error persists even after I disabled add-ons and checked the database. Here's the error message:
