Are there any ways to communicate with AnkiWeb API via python? I mean to login, add cards, create decks, and so on?
Now I have to use Selenium for such purposes.

AnkiWeb's terms do not allow third-party access. If you want to add cards programmatically, you'll need to use AnkiConnect.

    Thank you for your answer.
AnkiConnect is not a good option because Anki application must be open to use it.
What I want to do is to add cards and do some manipulations via telegram. It could be great if Anki will get a web API for such purposes.

AnkiWeb is a free service with limited resources, so I'm afraid you'll need to make do with AnkiConnect for now.
