Changes to Display of Type-In Cloze and Hints?

Hi,

There were two things I noticed today while using AnkiWeb.

1. Display of Type-In Cloze Note Type

I have a custom note type which I cloned from the Cloze note type.

I modified to make a type-in Cloze, with the following front template:

<div class="container">
{{cloze:Text}}
{{type:cloze:Text}}
<br>
<br>
<div class="tags">{{hint::Tags}}</div>
</div>

The back template is similar:

<div class="container">
{{cloze:Text}}
{{type:cloze:Text}}
<br>
{{Extra}}
</div>

Today, I noticed on AnkiWeb that the cloze text is shown twice, and the second time it is shown it shows the raw cloze deletion {{c1::...}} inserted in the text. (See screenshot Back - Web.png)

In the past, it will display something that is similar to what is shown on the desktop app (Back - Desktop.png).

2. Display of Hints

The tags, which I put as a hint (to hide since I don't normally need to view them), are now displayed up front. (Compare Front - Desktop.png and Front - Web.png).

Are these bugs, or are they intentional changes?

If the changes are intentional, what would be the correct way to create a type-in cloze moving forward? Even if I cannot type in answers on AnkiWeb (which is how it has always been), I would still prefer if the note could display correctly and function like a normal non-type-in Cloze note when I review it.

And for the second thing, would that mean that there is no way to hide fields on AnkiWeb anymore?

Thank you for the help in advance!

    Thanks for the report, these issues should be resolved now. AnkiWeb still doesn't support typing the answer, but it should show properly now.

    Thanks for the quick response and fix!

    I've just tested it and it looks great. :D
