Add setting to allow users to turn scratchpad transparency off

Hi,

In the new version, the scratchpad now has the transparency effect. It would be great if we can have a setting to allow users to turn scratchpad transparency off. This is useful because after revealing the answer, writing again on the scratchpad without seeing the answer or notes (if the scratchpad weren't transparent) is good for reinforcing the memory, however with the scratchpad being transparent, the user can see the notes or answers behind the scratchpad.

    I've added an option in the latest beta to put the scratchpad at the bottom, and disable transparency when configured that way. Please let me know if you'd like to try it:
