Is there any way you could add a quick message when the user tries to start a second copy of Anki? Right now it just closes silently (around line 186 of aqt/ __init__.py ). I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why Anki wasn't starting; it turned out that I had it open behind another window on a different desktop. (I assumed something had gone wrong with Debian dependencies, and eventually used pdb to trace execution). Just a quick "Another copy of Anki is already open, aborting." message would be great.

I'm using Anki 2.0.8 on Debian. Thanks!
