When adding a new card type, by default reverse the card template

Currently, when a new card type is added, it is a copy of the first card type, with some extra text saying edit to customize or something.

I propose that by default, adding a second card type should copy the front to the back and the back to the front (with the exception of stuff like {{Front}} and hr id=answer>), as well as adding the current "edit to customize" string to the front of the new card. The new card type should be called "Reverse" by default. Adding a third or fourth card type could just continue to copy the first card.

This would make it easier for beginners to:
1. Generate reverse cards from existing notes using the basic model
2. Add reverse cards to shared decks that they download, without having to understand the structure of the model in detail.

Together with this proposal related to improving the selective generation of new card types, I think these two changes would significantly improve usability for users who use reverse cards.

I don't think this is a good idea because there are a lot of reasons to
copy a card type besides reversing the card, and making this the default
might confuse people who wound up creating a reversed card by accident.
Also, all it takes if you *do* want to flip it is a click of the Flip
    button.

For users who want to reverse Basic cards without learning about note
types, all they need to do is change the note type to one of the other
predefined note types with a reverse side.
