addon is downloaded to wrong folder when Anki is running as portable

I set Anki to run with portable option start anki.exe -b ankiconfig. However every time I download an addon, it will be stored in ankiconfig\User 1\\ankiconfig\addons. When I restart Anki, it will not detect the downloaded addon.
If I manually move the downloaded py file to ankiconfig\addons and restart Anki again, the addon will start as expected.
Looks like a bug to me. It should either scan the addons folder in User1(Maybe for better sync experience?) or simply use the "right" folder.

I'm unable to reproduce this using the latest beta. If you still have issues after trying the beta, please post the exact steps & folder configuration you're using.

Have not tried. I'm a bit reluctant as I'm not 100% sure if I upgrade my
2.0.8 to beta version, will the database still be compatible with stable
version. If they are compatible I will go ahead and upgrade it. Could you
    confirm? Thanks.

This is to confirm that the latest beta has fixed this issue. Addons are now downloaded to ankiconfig\addons as it is supposed to. Thanks for the effort.

I've been using the beta and it is has been quite stable for me. You
*might* find something small here or there, but it seems that the big
issues have been fixed in the earlier betas. And when issues have been
found in the beta, Damien has been pretty quick to push out an update.
