Cards not reappearing for review

I recently added a new deck for Chinese. After I review the new cards, they don't appear again for review. It has been several days and the deck still says there are no cards to review. I check the card details and some of the cards say the due date is in the past. I usually enter the cards using my PC and review on my Android.

I have some other decks that I have made, new decks and a deck imported from the old version, and they are working fine.

    Please check the options for the deck and make sure that the daily review
    limit is set to a reasonable number.

    If that's not the issue, please try resetting a few cards with Edit →
    Reschedule and studying them, and if after learning them new again you are
    still getting no reviews, go ahead and export the deck as an apkg file
    (with media and scheduling information) and post it here for us to
    investigate.

    Hi, I experience the same issue. every card I've been adding since february 17th 2013 has been reviewed once but has never appeared again ever since.
    One possible important detail: all these cards include sounds based on mp3 files stored on a public dropbox directory.

    I attached the corresponding deck (w/o media as it exceeds the volume quota that way).

    @ismail.diedhiou: There do not appear to be any cards in review in that deck. Did you perhaps forget to include scheduling information when you exported?

    When I review the version you sent me, the cards move ahead as normal, and when I move my system's date forwards, they appear again, so the problem appears to be with your scheduling and settings rather than with the cards.
