Error to open desktop version application.

I can't open the program anymore, I've tried to reinstall the computer several times, installed previous versions of Anki, and ran in compatibility mode with the old versions (Windows 8, 7 and Vista), and I keep getting the same error.

This all happened after I updated my Windows:
