Sync Problem Between Phone + Computer

Since the latest upgrade of the mobile app (2.0.63) there is a disconnect between my computer (updated to latest version as well) and my phone when syncing, as they do not show the same amount of cards due. Has anyone else had this problem and/or have a solution?

    Hi Nick,

    Please go into the preferences of the client you think is incorrect, force a full sync, and then choose "download", which will pull the collection from AnkiWeb. Do the counts match after that?

    It looks like you're on an older computer version, so I'd also recommend updating to something more recent.
