What is the card's info you are trying to get?

    1. First, delete all addons you have installed (just move them to another director until you figure the problem)
    2. Try to update to the latest Anki version from https://apps.ankiweb.net/ and then use Tools > Check Database

If you can reproduce the issue using the latest Anki version, please post the error report.
