Error occurred

Hello there,
an error occurred. Tools > Check Database already done, but the issue is still there.
It is not possible to exit Anki.
How to proceed?

IAnki 2.1.25 (898801eb) Python 3.8.0 Qt 5.14.1 PyQt 5.14.1
Platform: Windows 10
