Problems with the Update Anki computer version and the sync to Ankiweb

Hello Anki Team
I'm using a long time ANKI to create many cards because of my German classes! There were a couple of days that I've not been active in this program, and today I decided to add some cards... My native language is Portuguese, by the way... And then this message appeared:
"Support for Anki 2.0.x ended on Feb 1 2020. Please see https://anki.tenderapp.com/kb/anki-ecosystem/anki-20-support-has-ended"
So, I decided to uptodate to a new version... a complete disaster... I think I lost the work of almost 2 years!!! First was the 2.1.26 version, but my German teacher warned me that I must use 2.1.15 version... I did both...after that appeared the message that I must 'upload' or "download' to ANKIWEB... I think I did wrong... Uploaded to ANKIWEB... and attached is the picture of what appeared there (that I have 170,28 MB media Usage of the Disk...) So I guess I have a 'sort of' back-up there... (I hope) But I don't know what to do... When I try to enter my Decks, only show one!! No cards.....At the regular ANKI (computer version) appear the other message attached here ... ANKI PROBLEMS TO SYNC... In fact I'm desperate to recuperate my cards! my flashcards disappeared!! Please, need your help.

    The error message you're getting is because you need to use the downgrade button before switching to an older version: https://changes.ankiweb.net/#/

    What device were you studying with up until now? If you were studying using the computer version or AnkiDroid, you can restore from an automatic backup on that device:

    Restoring an Automatic Backup (Recovering from Data Loss)

    If you were only using AnkiWeb, please let me know and I'll see if I can locate a backup for you.

    1) In the ANKI computer version: following the instructions https://changes.ankiweb.net/#/
    I tried to downgrade "File>Switch Profile menu item, and click on “Downgrade & Quit”
    but again appeared that message
    "Support for Anki 2.0.x ended on Feb 1 2020. Please see https://anki.tenderapp.com/kb/anki-ecosystem/anki-20-support-has-ended"
    When I go to "Help-> about" it shows the version 2.0.52 (file.PNG attached below)
    So it means that I have not upgraded in fact to the new version??
    Anything I try to do in Anki Computer version I have that message above! (Anki 2.0 ended in Feb 1 2020) Below attached the .PNG Anki computer version how it shows today 15 May 2020...
    In my Cell Phone Ankidroid version is the image .JPG below (ANKIDROID VERSION)
    still showing my old flashcards in the background!! I'm confused now!! VERIFICAR BANCO DE DADOS!! (Check database)
    What do you advise me to do?
    2) Answering your question: What device were you studying with up until now?
    In a regular basis I use more ANKI computer version to study, because it is easier to add the new flashcards.... and I have ANKIDROID in other mobile too.
    When I'm out I use the ANKI WEB version as well as in my Iphone. Yeah, I was using different devices, which makes me confused!

    I'm afraid losing my data, my flashcards!
    You have proposed "If you were only using AnkiWeb, please let me know and I'll see if I can locate a backup for you." Can you try this?

    Hi, now it is showing a message in the ANKIDROID there's a CONFLICT which the cards can NOT be merged from ANKI WEB to ANKIDROID or vice-versa! .....file .JPG attached below!
    Do I UPLOAD or DOWNLOAD now??

    Whether to upload or download depends on which device has the most recent data: https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/syncing?id=conflicts

    From your screenshots, it looks like you have an older Anki version lying around. Removing it from c:\program files (x86)\anki and then starting the latest Anki version should allow you to open your profile.
