I've tried to go through the add-ons to figure out what hasn't been working properly, but I'm confused bc there's specific add-on that they say is "involved"
Here's the error code below:

An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you've discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.

Did you disabled all addons? Looks like your collection got corrupted during the update.

After using the latest version, if you wish to open your collection with an earlier Anki release, please go to the File>Switch Profile menu item, and click on “Downgrade & Quit”. If you skip this step, you may get an error message when opening your collection in an older Anki version, and you will need to return to this version, downgrade, then try again.

    1. File>Switch Profile menu item, and click on “Downgrade & Quit”
    2. Anki deleted my deck… Any chance to restore?

Your collection is not corrupt. That message indicates you have an add-on installed that is breaking the saving of deck configurations. Please update all your add-ons, and if the problems persist, you'll need to start selectively disabling them until you figure out which one is causing the issue.
