how to add video saved in my mac to my deck or cards?

i want to add video files to deck/cards but it is not adding or supporting . how to do this plse help me

    What error you are getting? What steps you are trying to do?

    in these places, I am trying to add video but it is not being added.
    just showing the title of the video

    Are you adding it to the Extra field? How is your card template for the Front and Back card?

    If the video is only showed as a link (its title), try clicking on it. Does the video open/play when you click on it?

    yes I am adding to the extra field of cloze type card. and I am clicking on
    it but it is not playing. would you please show me anyways to add videos?

    How did you install anki?

    Try installing the latest version:

    1. Backup your collection (your Anki directory on your local computer), see Managing Files and Your Collection
    2. drag the old Anki.app file to the trash
    3. install the latest Anki version from https://apps.ankiweb.net by opening the .dmg and dragging the icon to your Applications folder

    If you added the Extra field yourself, please click on Cards... and make sure you've added extra to the front or back template.
