hide text cursor when typing answer

A small problem, but it is driving me nuts. Please, on Mac, Version 2.1.23 (de9543ff), can you hide the cursor when I start typing the answer? I'm using the {{type:Back}} feature. The cursor stays visible and interferes with seeing what I'm typing.

   Thanks. It’s a standard feature in all Mac apps. The cursor becomes
   visible when you next move it.
