No longer able to sync

It says sync fail with my deck. When I go to to confirm my email, it says that it can take up to 24 hours for my email to be received by my carrier. I have been trying to sync and following these instructions for a few weeks now and never received an email.

    Hi Megan,

    Your email provider is accepting our emails. Did you check your spam folder, in case they have gone there? If you can't find them there, it may be that your email provider is accepting our emails and then failing to deliver them, and if that's the case, I'm afraid you'll need to change your account to a different email address in the Account tab of to resolve the issue.
