In Anki 2.0 marked cards appeared in purple colour in the Browser. In Anki 2.1 they are in dark grey – and thus barely distinguishable from selected cards, which are grey. Is this really the intended effect? what could one do if one would like to change it?
I know of course that there are now also Flags, which are great; but it would still be v useful if marked cards were somehow visually distinct from an ordinary card that I just happen to have selected.
I’m on macOS Mojave with Anki 2.1.15 (without any addons). Changes in System Preferences > General have no effect on Anki.

Flagging is intended to replace most cases where a user would use the marking function, and marking may go away in the future.
