I'm getting a "Syncing Failed; Internet Offline" message while trying to sync my desktop version. The internet is NOT offline as I am still able to log on the website to post this question.
I am using my Hospital's wifi and wondering if maybe their firewall is blocking the sync, possibly??

    Hi Travis,

I'm afraid only your hospital's IT department is in a position to tell you why it's not working. If you can't get an answer from them, you could make a hotspot from your phone, or sync on a home wifi network instead.

    Damien,
Still having same issue. Error message states "syncing failed: internet
offline". I've connected from multiple wi-fi spots. I've turned my phone
into a hotspot. I've disarmed firewalls on my computer.
I can't get my flashcards to sync.
