recently I made some changes in Anki on my iPad and tried to sync it to my computer, but unfortunately someting went wrong and I got a report that there might be some bug saying I should copy the following:
An error occurred. Please use Tools > Check Database to see if that fixes the problem.
If problems persist, please report the problem on our support site. Please copy and paste the information below into your report.
Anki 2.1.15 (442df9d6) Python 3.6.7 Qt 5.12.1 PyQt 5.11.3
Platform: Windows 10
Flags: frz=True ao=False sv=?

Caught exception:
File "aqt\", line 142, in onEvent
File "aqt\", line 266, in _confirmFullSync
File "aqt\", line 147, in run
<class 'AttributeError'>: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'text'

Is there anything we can do?
Thank you!

Kind regards

Please try restarting your computer, then starting Anki while holding down the shift key, and running the DB check after that.
