Access issues

Hi there,

I created an account on my iPad using the app under the email [email blocked]. I forgot my password and was trying to login on the Mac version. When I tried to reset my password its saying there is no account associated to [email blocked]. I would just create a new account but I have already made flashcards on this account and don't want to lose them.

    Perhaps you were using a different app?

    AnkiApp is not part of the Anki ecosystem
