So I have been using Anki for a few weeks to study Math. Successfully installed latex packages and made cards display fine. It was taking a long time to type notes however so I decided to take screenshots of my notes. They display when I'm adding and in browse mode however when I enter preview mode I get an error message? here is a screenshot of me in browse mode, you can see the front and back displaying fine at the bottom , then in preview mode I get error. Tried both png and jpg file types, same error. Any idea why?

You have put latex tags in your card template, which is telling Anki to treat your image tags as latex. Removing the tags from your template will fix the problem.

I did that and it worked for new cards but now my old cards, which I had typed in latex are not displaying correctly.
It's not possible to have some cards as images and some as typed in latex?

You should put the [latex] tags around the LaTeX code on the cards, not in the template.

sorry but Anki is not recognising my account? even though I paid it for it.
I did stop using it for a while, never deleted it though. Can you assist me
in finding my account and password?
