Interface language trick "-l" doesn't work

I am on a Taiwanese laptop with Chinese interface,
and when I try to change the language interface by right-click on the shortcut --> Properties --> Shortcuts and to change, for example, the "destination" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Anki\anki.exe" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Anki\anki.exe -l en", a small window goes "[目標]方塊中指定的名稱'C:\Program Files (x86)\Anki\anki.exe -l en'無效。請確定路徑及檔名都正確", that is "this file name doesn't lead to anywhere. Please check the name of the file" in substance.

What am I doing wrong ?

The " should come after .exe, not at the end of the line. I've updated the KB article to make this clearer.
