Corrupt Deck

I am using Ankidroid and Anki Destop (both latest versions). I copied my collection.anki2 from Ankidroid to Anki Desktop and it became corrupted. I ran sqlite3 as mentioned in the help manual and then opened the deck with sqlite and it opened but Anki Destop still considers it to be a corrupt deck. I transfered the deck to Ankidroid and even Ankidroid reads the file but Anki Desktop keeps giving corrupt deck error. I ran check database and it gave me the following error

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\cygwin\home\dae\win\build\pyi.win32\anki\outPYZ1.pyz/aqt.main", line 837, in onCheckDB AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'fixIntegrity'

What should I do?

I have asked the AD devs to improve the documentation about copying the collection back and forth manually. To start with, they've updated the FAQ. Please see this link for how they recommend doing it to avoid errors:

Did you actually try the step suggested in the FAQ? Also, there is no need to post the same question in three different places in the future.

Closing this as you're in private contact with Tim about it.
