In the browser I want to delete a specific card (#5 out of a set of 7 cards) but not affect the note.

The card does not contain useful information but does not come up empty b/c it has an image in it.

How do I delete just that one card?

Thank you.

I should add: this card is not a duplicate.

    Delete the image?

If the image is in the template and not card-specific, so you cannot delete it from this particular card, please see and the next section.

Or you could just suspend that one card. (But take care not to suspend the note.)
It will still show up in the card browser, but not during reviews.

Thank you both for these suggestions. I will try the deleting of the image.
I would rather not suspend the single card b/c it seems to me it is a crumb
and should be wiped from the table!

The original image from from ImageOcclusion. It just doesn't have any
hidden boxes, it's just the image itself.

Can I delete just 1 of those cards?

If you're not sure how the image occlusion add-on works, please ask on the
    add-ons forum.!forum/anki-addons

    Dear Soren:

I have been using the I/O add-on for a while and it is working very well

(You may recall I had a big problem with it about 3-4 weeks ago but we
solved it with Damien and you.)

What I wld like to do with this I/O note that has 7 cards associated with
it is just delete Card #5.

I just don't see how in the Browser to delete a card without deleting the
note (and it's note Empty or a Duplicate so I can't remove it with those

    Thank you.

You cannot do that in Anki's browser without changing the actual note, so
you can only do it through the image occlusion add-on. I still recommend
checking on the add-ons forum, as you will probably find a solution if you
    ask there.
