Trouble importing text file and delimiters

I'm trying to write a program that spits out text files for me to import into anki but I'm having trouble with the anki text file format. No doubt I have just overlooked something obvious in the docs. My files look like this (see attachment). I just have 2 sample notes.

This is how I want it to import:

Front:
/ja/ Die Rechnung ist gar nicht hoch.
Back:
Die Rechnung ist ja gar nicht <b>hoch</b>
Tags:
ja

I have used every delimiter character I can think of and every time I enter the delimiter I have used in my file (in the sample a semi colon). screen 1.PNG is when I hit the import button (anki thinks a space is the delimiter). scr 2.PNG is when I tell anki the right delimiter. As soon as I do, it thinks I only have one field per note.

What am I doing wrong?

And that's odd. When I download my attachment the first line is messed up. That may have something to do with it, but on my offline copy it's fine.

I'm a moron. Anki is fine, I just can't code.

All good :) I just hope it turns out to be worth the effort. http://xkcd.com/1205/

That's all right, glad you figured it out!
